Yes I like my name its unique but I tend to dislike it at times because people are always asking me if I like the stone jade or some crazy thing like that. No I was named after my Great Grandmother on my mom’s side. People tend to call me Jade except for the few who like to shorten my name even more and call me ‘J’
` REMIND ME AGAIN, WHEN WERE YOU BORN ? I CAN NEVER GET ENOUGH OF THE STORY SURROUNDING YOUR BIRTH.- - - - - I was born on April 17 and I am sixteen years of age. My mom wasn’t expecting me for two weeks but I decided to pop out a little early, in the middle of their anniversary dinner. My mom always said that I was the best anniversary gift possible. The doctors thought that I was going to die because I came out with the umbilical cord wrapped around my throat but I pulled through.
` YOU LOOK FAMILIAR, HAVE I SEEN YOU AROUND SCHOOL ?- - - - - So I have attended Carson high for two years now making me a sophomore. I love the school despite its mishaps. Its a home away from home for me.
` MAYBE IT WAS JUST AROUND. WHERE ARE YOU FROM ?- - - - - I was born in Maui and I lived there until I was thirteen. I miss it a lot, I loved the ocean and the scenery, plus all of the tourists that use to come by made it exciting but also annoying. I was a typical Hawaiian girl, I took hula classes, I surfed and I hiked the mountains. My parents owned a resort on the coast and I lived in one of the villas with them. It was interesting but I had access to all the amenities and I never had to do chores.

I am totally down with homosexuals or bisexuals, they are very brave to be different and I respect them for that.

You will normally find me having fun in the sun. But I have been seen curled up on the floor watching ESPN or playing video games. I can also be seen at the movies a lot, I love going to movie theatres and seeing whats new. I have a guitar although, I don’t really play it anymore, but every now and then I’ll pick it up and play a few notes. But if you ever need a friend to go party with, she is always down, mostly because she loves alcohol and she loves to hang out with friends.

I don’t like hook-ups even though under the influence of alcohol, chances are you could get into my pants. I am the type of girl that you don’t need to wine and dine, if you like me and I like you, it will happen. I don’t need the flowers or expensive dinners every weekend although they are nice every once and a while. My dates are more or less kickbacks where you stay at home just talking or playing video games. Maybe watching a movie or experimenting in the kitchen, one thing that always steals my heart is a home cooked meal. I have only had two serious relationships and both ended on good terms. One of them lasted for a year, the other for six months but they were both great and due to extenuating circumstances, they had to end.

A LITTLE BIRD TOLD ME THAT YOU HAVE SOME PRETTY EXTRAVAGANT PARENTS, TELL ME ABOUT THEM.- - - - - My Mom was 32 when she died six years ago. If you would have met her, chances were she would be running the restaurants and bars in the hotel, maybe attending to guests needs. My father is currently 42 and he owns three hotels, one in New York, one in Colorado, and the one in Maui where I grew up. My stepmom is 39 and she is a lawyer for my father. My biological parents loved each other very much, they spent a lot of time together and they kept each other in check in all aspects of their lives. My father and stepmom are in love I guess, but they still in the rough stages of their relationship.

I have a half sister, from my step mom she is currently two years of age and I love her dearly, I didn’t though when she was younger, she would scream and cry at all times of the day, making it impossible for me to get any normal scheldule going on. But I do love her now and she is okay even though we are fourteen years apart. I am the only one in the family who she listens to which is pretty cool because whenever my dad or stepmom make me mad, I can tell her to throw a tantrum and she does it with no guilt.
` HOW ABOUT PETS, HAVE ANY OF THOSE ?- - - - - I have a golden retriever puppy named Chase, he is my little baby, as I always call him. He is only four months old but I can already trust him inside to be outside of his kennel. He has been my only pet, my mom was allergic to anything with fur and she wouldn’t let any of them stay with us so I never had one growing up. My stepmom got me Chase as a present and I love him to death!

He never use to do it until my mom died and then it was all downhill, my stepmom has kept him in check lately but every now and then I do have some fresh bruises. Jade had only been to detention one other time and not much had changed, a video camera that never moved, just collected dust. She was glad when he spoke, it meant that he was either extremely bored or just a really cool guy who didn’t turn into a jerk around girls. She sighed thinking of the athletes she normally was around at during school hours, the guys seriously thought they ran the school and the girls well, they were more or less just there biding their time until college where they would actually get some more recognition.
She missed her old High School, there everyone wasn’t so cliqued yet. Everyone more or less hung out with each other, mostly because they were all against the faculty, united in a way. But then again this school had some potential…..okay maybe in a couple more decades…..like when it didn’t exist anymore. Answering his question about what she was in for, she laughed and said using legal terms breaking and entering, apparently they frown upon that kind of thing. She joked, well tried to she wasn’t much of a comedian, that was for sure.
She shifted her legs so that they were cross-legged, wishing they would provide some different chairs in the detention room, maybe some lazy boys would be nice. They might actually get more attendance but even then what kid wants to spend their afternoon in an old classroom?
What are you in for? She paused and then said wait wait let me guess….you mouthed off to someone you shouldn’t have? She had guessed it based on the fact, he didn’t have any recent bruises so it could be for fighting, he seemed very comfortable in this room indicating he had been here before. Last he seemed like one of those kids that don’t take anything sitting down. She crossed her arms expectantly
