well, carson high's been open for a while now, just a little over a month, and i have to say i'm pleased by everything. we may not have a huge number of members, but the ones that we do have are active and i'm really happy about that. keep up the great work guys. (:

i haven't discussed this with the other admins yet, but i'm thinking that we could possibly get another. i am going to be gone quite a bit during the month of june, and i'm not sure about andy and mike, but summer can be pretty busy, i'm sure you all know that. things pop up. oh, that's another thing i wanted to say! if you're going to be gone for a while, or if you even think that you are, please post in the absences board. nobody's happy when people randomly poof and then come back and apologize for being gone without any notice. so, yeah, what i was starting to talk about at the beginning of this paragraph was a new admin. i don't want the site to fall into disrepair and not be tidy and upheld if more if two or more admins are gone, which could easily happen.

there's another thing i wanted to bring up. i've noticed on most member's app that they talked about their best friend or close friend or whatever dying. i understand that it's talked about in the plot, and it's an easy way to develop your character and all, but not everyone and their grandma can be best buddies with someone who died. it says in the plot that five kids died. five, people! carson is a relatively big school, and it's a school like any other, meaning that not everybody gets along perfectly, so thus not everyone is going to be best buddies with the rest of the kids. i think we might have to put a ban on that, actually, because it's just not logical and hardly possible. your charries can still be affected by the shooting -- don't get me wrong, heck, they should be -- but please, please don't make your characters personally connected to the kids that died anymore. i'll let slide one or two more, but not much more than that. we'll get strict about this if we have to.
