well, for starters, harvey here is new to the area so he's gonna need the whole works. friends, enemies, lovers, etc. he loves to find new things to do and never makes things boring. he always tries to make the best out of any situation. most people wouldn't think this when they saw him, but he loves to make people laugh and lift their spirits. he's got a good sense of humor. however, he never really tells people about what's going on in the inside. yeah, people know he has a sister, a mother, that his dad died (he's usually forced to tell people that his dad died if the moment calls for it), but they don't know any of the story behind it all. he doesn't like to talk about how his dad died, or that his mother wanted to move here because she thought she could cope easier being away from 'home.' it's hard for him because whether he'll admit it or not, it hurts. so, he puts on a smile and forgets about himself for the day.
harvey can make friends with just about everyone who is willing. he's not judgmental. he is a very trustworthy and honest friend who will stand by your side. yet, there are some people that just don't like him, or maybe they don't get along, i don't know, whatever the reason. as for lovers go, he is a gentleman, he's respectful, and he would never hurt her (he's straight, fyi). also, he doesn't do any one night stands, kinda stuff. he's more the commitment type of guy, but you never know what could happen i guess. i don't really know much about any family other than his younger sister, emma, because most of his relatives live back in minnesota. but, maybe he could find a few relatives or some cousins could move here, whatever.
umm, well i guess that's it? i'm up for anything so hit me with all of you're awesome and amazingly spectacular ideas. i may be a little rusty 'cause i have to get back in the swing of things after a long busy school year so yeah.. GO CRAZY! XD

HARVEY/INGRID
Well I think they have the start of a beautiful friendship! (: She's new to the area as well, so they could form a little new kids bond or something along those lines. She's always smiling, so it seems like she's happy most of the time, besides the fact that smiling is a coping mechanism. And in the way of making the best out of every situation would be similar to her. And she's really shy, but is looking forward to making friends, so that would help. I just think they'd be cute. But caution- she is a secretly odd...., but no one know that (:

well hannah would probably be his friend but i have no idea how it is that they could have met. she's pretty intelligent but since she has been absent so many times i doubt she would have any high level classes but maybe they could have an elective together? and they talk and she shows him around the school and all that stuff that friends do [:

oh i like the father figure thing. i think that would be good for harvey since he lost his dad. maybe harvey could find him easy to talk to and confide in him about stuff that goes on in his life? i don't know just thinking.

haha okay. hmm he would probably try to flirt with her and find her pretty and attractive and he'd probably be super nice to her whenever she's bitchy toward him just because that's how he is. : )

yeah that'd probably be the only way they could meet but i think we could work something out like that.

harvey would probably find it cute if she had a little crush on him and being that he has an easy time making friends and is nice he would probably talk to her from time to time.

Lol maybe your idea will come back to you! (: And go friends! Maybe she or Harvey gets lost in the hall so they ask the other (depending on who gets lost) and they'd be all like "uhhh yeah... I know my way around here about as much as you do" and so starts the friendship.

Well Ingrid is super shy. So when he get's lost he'll just think that she's been here forever and that she looks nice. So when he asks she'll get really flustered because he's cute and maybe she could just help to find his way.... but gets him more lost? So he could be like 'what's your deal' in which she admits she's new and he throws it off? So they become clicky. idk Like the rambling lol?

That would work! I was thinking, since students like to pick on new kids, that could happen in Mr. Hynes class to Harvey, which sets him off. Because Ryder has a strict no bullying policy, in which he'll call him after class and apologize for losing his temper and it wasn't Harvey's fault and sorry for embarrassing him.... and blah blah blah something along those lines?(:

haha, well i was bored and happened to be in the mood to post something so i thought why not start ingrid and harvey's thread? so whenever you get the chance if you like, it's in the hallways : ) it isn't the best but i'm just getting back into the swing of things since i had a busy school year and haven't really had the chance to do any of this stuff for a while. but will get better! i promise... just wanted to apologize ahead of time i guess but dah! i tis rambling so i shall shut up now : x : )

Colby&Harvey - Well, I think these two could get along pretty well. However, Colby is Mina's boyfriend so if Harvey was flirting with her Colby could get kind of annoyed and pissy. But, Colby and Mina have been on and off for the past four years so he's kind of gotten used to it and realizes he can't hold a grudge against Harvey since he's sure Mina's bound to be flirting with someone else anyways. So over all, Harvey and him would probably be friends but Colby has a slight annoyance with him.
Maisie&Harvey - Well, Maisie is a bit of a mess because her brother was the shooter and she's addicted to drugs and is kind of just terrified about what's going to happen with her life. She has a tendency to try and befriend new kids, such as Ingrid, because they don't know her as "the shooter's sister" so she feels like she can get a fresh start with them at least. So, I'm thinking they can kind of become friends and over time she admits to him that shes addicted to drugs but wants to quit and change her life around before she ends up like her brother, crazy mom or fuck-up of a father. Harvey could try to help her since he's against drugs, but it would be a struggle because Maisie is always changing her mind and is very pessimistic. For awhile she could try really hard but then she'd end up breaking down and start them again, claiming she's destined to be fucked up like everyone else in her family and she's sick of trying to be something when she can't. So, Harvey can kind of be the one who just tells her to grow up a bit and actually believe in herself to which she'd freak out on him for. However, deep down she's thankful that he actually cares. Since she's very lost and lonely, the silly girl starts to get her feelings all confused and soon starts to think that he's the type of guy she kind of wants to be with... the type that's actually a good influence on her and cares about her future. So, then she starts getting all weird around him because she doesn't know what to do. Sometimes she's kind of sweet and just wants to hang out and snuggle with him and let him make everything feel better and other times she gets all pissed at herself for even thinking about liking him and acts like a total bitch just to build up walls and keep him from getting any closer. I'm not really sure where her feelings will end up leaving her. She'll probably realize she just needs a friend and not a relationship that she'll probably just fuck up so... yah, I don't know. And that's all I got and I have no idea where it came from. XP
Feel free to switch anything around or add something or whateverrr.

yeah, i could see that happening. although, since he's new, he probably wouldn't know that he's mina's boyfriend so i'm sure being the kind of person harvey is, he would try to stop (or at least, stop intentionally flirting). but i could see them becoming friends, with colby having a slight annoyance because of that.
MAISIE&&HARVEY
i like that. but because harvey doesn't hold grudges and he wasn't here before the shooting and stuff, he probably wouldn't hold her against it at all because he only knows the here and now, not the past. he would definitely try to help her find all the good in life because unlike her, he's pretty optimistic. and maybe along the way he'll start to develop a small crush, but he doesn't let himself do anything about it because he doesn't know how she feels because she is always switching up on him, which gets him all flustered and confused and whatnot. plus, he is secretly still madly in love with a past girlfriend, even though he knows he will probably never see her again, and yet he can't come to terms with that. and yeah... that's all i got.

Colby&Harvey - Oh yes, and Colby would understand that for the most part. He's just a little paranoid and scared to lose his girlfriend again. He'd probably not want to like Harvey just because of jealousy but since he realizes it's not Harvey's fault and finds him to be a nice person he can't help but to like him as a buddy.
Maisie&Harvey - That's exactly why she would start talking to him- because he doesn't know about the shooting and wouldn't hold it against her. It'd be cute if he got a crush on her, but I'd feel sorry for the kid. So would she probably. The part about his girlfriend is so sad. Maybe if he told Maisie some day or something she could help him get over it. Kind of like, Fine! I'll work harder on quitting drugs and trying to see the good things in life! But then you need to get over your girlfriend! Because... she's like that and likes to make deals with people rather then having to be the only one that has to do something. It'd give her more ambition to quit if she felt like she was helping someone else in return.
